Community infrastructure sits at the intersection of engineering, design, privacy, security, accessibility, governance and human relationships. The work needs people who can go deep in their craft while recognising that the product's consequences cross disciplinary lines.
Portal Page should value clear thinking over theatre, careful evidence over inflated claims and sustainable practice over manufactured urgency. It should include the people affected by design decisions, make disagreement useful and leave room for professional judgement.
When roles are advertised, each listing should explain the work, decision scope, location or remote expectations, employment basis and hiring process. Compensation and accessibility information should be included wherever possible.
